Dill Gazpacho


This soup is served ice cold and has Spanish origins. The soup's foundation is created from fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers. Puree more than half of the vegetables for a soup that is smoother. Do not puree them at all if you prefer it chunky. To let the flavors meld, it's even better if you can let this soup sit overnight.
